Frequently Asked Questions

Do the LED daytime running lights require a separate power source or wiring harness?

The LED strips are built into the grille, but you’ll need to verify wiring routing at installation. Check your truck’s factory harness connections some tap into existing fog light circuits, others may need independent power. Consult your Ram’s service manual for exact routing before committing.

Can I paint this grille, or does it come primed?

The grille ships ready for paint or powder coat. Light surface prep will help any finish adhere properly. If you’re matching factory bumper color, test your paint method on a small section first since LED housing may not accept all primers equally.

What happens if an LED strip burns out after installation?

Individual LED bulbs can typically be replaced, but the full strip assembly design means you may need to remove the grille to access them. Check if your local shop stocks replacement LED strips for this specific grille before install.
