Frequently Asked Questions

Will this bar interfere with a trailer hitch or backup sensor?

Test-fit before final installation. Sensor placement and hitch clearance vary by trim and aftermarket accessories. Mount the bar and verify sensor functionality and hitch operation with your specific setup.

Do I need to prep and paint this before bolting it on?

That depends on your goal. If you’re replacing a damaged bumper bar, paint it to match. If you’re adding reinforcement behind a bumper that stays in place, primer coat is recommended to prevent rust, but not required for initial fitment.

What hardware comes with it?

Only the reinforcement bar itself ships with the assembly. Fasteners are not includedyou’ll use OEM bolts at factory mounting points. Verify bolt count and size against your vehicle’s service manual or contact your dealer for the exact spec.
