The Baja Designs 447774 RAM XL Sport A-Pillar Light Kit mounts a pair of XL Sport LED pods directly to the A-pillars of the 2021-2024 Ram 1500 TRX using a dedicated bracket system engineered to eliminate vibration on even the roughest terrain. No drilling, no cutting, no improvising. The 447774 uses CopperDrive technology to run each LED at 100 percent capacity for maximum output and the IP69K waterproof rating means they handle whatever the TRX is built to go through.

Installation Instructions

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal on the Ram 1500 TRX before beginning any electrical work.
2. Locate the A-pillar mounting points on both driver and passenger sides. These are the factory hard points that the 447774 brackets are designed for.
3. Position the driver-side 447774 A-pillar bracket against the A-pillar at the designated mounting locations. Thread the included stainless steel hardware in finger-tight.
4. Align the XL Sport pod to the bracket, orient the beam pattern as desired, and thread the pod mounting hardware finger-tight.
5. Repeat for the passenger side.
6. With both brackets and pods positioned, torque all mounting hardware to the specification listed in the Baja Designs 447774 installation sheet.
7. Route your wiring harness leads from each pod along the A-pillar and through the firewall or door jamb to the switch location. Secure harness leads at regular intervals with zip ties.
