Installation Instructions

1. Confirm your light pod is a Baja Designs Squadron 2.0 Sport or Squadron 2.0 Pro. The 668014 does not fit earlier Squadron generations or flush mount variants.
2. Ensure the pod is powered off before installing the 668014 black rock guard.
3. Orient the 668014 with the Baja Designs logo facing forward, toward the lens side of the pod.
4. Align the guard’s inner edge to the pod’s outer housing rim and press firmly until the guard clips into place on all four sides.
5. Confirm the guard sits flush against the pod housing with no visible gaps around the perimeter. A secure fit has no rattling or movement when the pod is handled.
6. To remove, grip the guard by its outer edge and pull directly away from the pod face. No twisting or tools are required.
